A preferred appointment date submitted on the website is a request. It is not a confirmed booking until the workshop confirms it.

Service costs depend on the vehicle, the assessment, parts and the agreed scope. An estimate made before inspection can change once the vehicle is assessed. Extra work is discussed and approved before it proceeds.

Annual maintenance contracts and advertised offers are confirmed case by case, including eligibility, inclusions, exclusions and charges. Nothing on this website is a fixed discount or a guaranteed price.

Recovery enquiries are subject to availability, location and charges. They are not a guaranteed response time. If you are in an unsafe place, contact the appropriate emergency or roadside service first.
